ABOUT THE THERAPISTS:

Jill Hough (formerly Bartl)...has been working as a massage therapist since 1997.  She began her massage training at Eagles Nest Institute, Duluth, MN (this program was transferred to Lake Superior College, Duluth, MN).  Continuing education includes Wolf Deep Tissue Massage, Neuromuscular massage, LaStone Therapy (sometimes referred to as Hot Stone massage), MechanicalLink Fascial Release Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy and Reiki Energy therapy.   Jill works especially well with neck, head and upper back issues including TMJ, migraine headaches.  Jill is certified by the American Bodyworkers and Massage Professionals (ABMP) as a professional massage therapist. 

Marcy Bubb...has been working as a massage therapist since 2000.  She received her massage training at Lake Superior College, Duluth, MN.  Her work includes relaxation, deep tissue, neuromuscular massage, pregnancy massage and senior massage.  She works very well with special needs clients.  Marcy works especially well with low back, hip and leg issues resulting from injury and/or sports related stress.  Marcy has completed the RN course at Lake Superior College.  Marcy is certified by the American Bodyworkers and Massage Professionals (ABMP) as a professional massage therapist.

Amanda Horvat...has been working as a massage therapist since 2000.  She received her massage training at Lake Superior College, Duluth, MN.  Her continuing education includes LaStone Therapy (sometimes referred to as Hot Stone massage). Her work includes relaxation, deep tissue, neuromuscular massage, pregnancy massage and senior massage.  She is well known for her skilled, compassionate, strong and gentle massage. Amanda is certified by the American Bodyworkers and Massage Professionals (ABMP) as a professional massage therapist.

All three therapists work with hot and cold stones to assist in deep tissue release with minimal discomfort.
