Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is requested when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.  If you have a sudden emergency, please call our office as soon as possible to make your therapist aware you are unable to keep your appointment.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.”   If this happens more than twice in a row, they will be charged for their last “missed” appointment.  This fee must be paid prior to scheduling another appointment and your therapist may request that further appointments be paid in advance.  If you miss several appointments without canceling, even if they are not sequential, your therapist may request advance payment in order to pay for the time held for you whether you show for your appointment or not. 

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.  Be aware that if this is your first appointment you should arrive 10-15 mins early in order to complete paperwork.

 

If you have any symptoms of COVID19 (or any other illness) please call to reschedule your appointment.  IF YOU ARE AWAITING THE RESULTS OF A COVID 19 TEST, PLEASE call the office and reschedule your appointment.
